Costa Rica's famous palm studded, white sand beach Isla Tortuga (Tortuga Island) is a sanctuary for marine birds, flora and fauna native to the Central Pacific Region of Costa Rica. The Isla Tortuga's 120 hectares are maintained as a protected forest. Because of its location, the waves are gentle and the waters are turquoise. This one-day boat tour, will take you past some of the 23 islands in the calm waters of the Gulf of Nicoya, where you can see dolphins, sea turtles and aquatic birds. Also, a wonderful gourmet lunch will be elegantly served, accompanied with wine and live music.
