This half-day trip starts when you get picked up from your hotel at the schedule of your convenience, and then you will travel to the Rainforest Jungles near La Fortuna Waterfall, where this adventure takes place.

Upon arrival to the zip lining park, you will receive instructions about the trip, and then you will board a tractor vehicle for a 10-minute ride in the jungle. Following, hike in the rainforest for about 10-15 minutes until reaching the zip lining’s starting point, and then fly over the jungle’s canopy from platform to platform on a total of 12 adventurous zip lines, and admire the Rain Forests from high above.

On this La Fortuna Zip lining Tour, you will experience lines with different lengths and heights, some of them as long as 1 kilometer (two-thirds of a mile), and as high as 165 meters (540 feet). During this adventure, you will also have the chance to observe 2 of the most beautiful waterfalls of the region: Pino Blanco Waterfall and the famous La Fortuna Waterfall.

Afterward, participate in an indigenous tribe presentation, which is performed by a few members of the “Maleku Tribe”, the local ethnic group from the Northern Plains of Costa Rica. In this short presentation you will learn about Costa Rican indigenous culture, such as their music, their language, traditional dressing, art, etc. At the end of the native tribe presentation, you will be taken back to your hotel in the Arenal area.
