The Arenal Volcano and Tabacon Hot Springs Tour will take you to explore the Northern Plains of Costa Rica. The tour starts early in the morning when you get picked up from your hotel in the San Jose area. On the way to Arenal you will enjoy beautiful views of volcanoes, plantations, local towns, rivers and the exotic vegetation of the rainforest jungles.

You will also make a stop at the town of Sarchi, where you will learn the process of making typical oxcarts at the Artisans' Oxcart Factory; the typical oxcart is Costa Rica's national symbol of work. Continuing with the tour you will go to La Fortuna Town, where you will have lunch. Later on you will visit the Arenal Volcano look-out point, where you will learn with your guide the history of this volcano and will be able to take the best pictures of this beautiful mountain on clear days.

Following you will relax at the warm waters of Tabacon Hot Springs and Thermal Spa, the most luxurious Hot Springs Park in Costa Rica. At the end of your tour you will savor a delicious dinner in one of the Tabacon’s fine restaurants and then will be taken back to your hotel in San Jose.
